Agreement to These Terms

By accessing or using Slaypix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access Slaypix.

Account Terms

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You may not create accounts using bots, scripts, or other automated methods unless we explicitly allow it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Slaypix to create, upload, or distribute:

• Illegal, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Content that infringes another person's rights.
• Malware, spam, scraping, or automated abuse.
• Content that impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with a person, brand, or organization.
• Content intended to harass, threaten, defame, or exploit others.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use of Slaypix violates these Terms or creates risk for other users, the service, or third parties.

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit to Slaypix and the videos or assets generated from your inputs, subject to any rights held by third-party providers or source materials. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights needed to use, upload, generate, export, and publish your content.

You grant Slaypix a limited license to process your prompts, uploaded materials, generated assets, and related data as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

AI Generated Content

Slaypix may use AI systems to help generate scripts, captions, images, video concepts, and other creative assets. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other content, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it.

Plans, Trials, and Billing

Slaypix may offer free trials, paid plans, usage limits, credits, or other subscription features. Plan details, pricing, and limits may change over time. If paid billing is enabled, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge the payment method you provide.

Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments are generally non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation flow available in the product or by contacting us.

Service Availability

We work to keep Slaypix reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Third-Party Services

Slaypix may depend on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, databases, analytics, AI generation, storage, payments, and other infrastructure. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's terms and policies.

Termination

You may stop using Slaypix at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or use Slaypix in a way that may harm other users or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Slaypix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of Slaypix after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
